Build Your Base
The main program of Base programming. This is our cornerstone. On-going strength cycles for increased perfomance potential. This a year round off-season program for those who want to get strong. 4-6 sessions/week with every session taking around 60-90mins.
When signing up it will take up to 24 hours to get your program. Make sure that the email you use isn't in use at someone elses TrueCoach account. That's the software we will use to deliver our program.
This program will be available soon. It will consist of more intense workout with less strength focus. A perfect program leading up to a competition. Will come in two durations, 6 and 12 weeks.
